Description: DriveCleaner (Drive Cleaner) is a rogue program that is promoted and installed by Zlob and Vundo Trojans. Drive Cleaner is heavily promoted as a computer enhancement / maintenance utility that supposedly fixes computer problems and enhances performance. In reality, Drive Cleaner falsely identifies erros on the infected computer as a ploy to get the user to buy the full version of the program. Drive Cleaner uses very sneaky tactics to make its way onto computers including stealth installation and / or fake error messages that recommend Drive Cleaner as a solution.
